We booked our Disneyland trip through Jessica Franks and it was the most magical three days. I’ve been to Disney World many times before but didn’t know much about Disneyland and she guided us through the entire process from tickets to lightning lane bookings to food. It was truly a carefree process. She also went above and beyond to make the trip magical for our daughter and her cousins. She even made personalized goodie bags for all the kids before the trip to get them excited! I was particularly grateful for her very detailed trip proposals with various options and cost break downs as well as pro and cons. She also sent an extremely thorough guide in the days before the trip with some great tips. We will definitely be booking with her again!
